refund

I was billed for two months for a cell phone that i returned. How do i get my refund credited to my checking account?

user_qwulzs We are very sorry to hear that you've been billed for a phone you already returned. We definitely want to look into that charge right away and make sure the refund is processed correctly to your checking account. That's a mistake that should never happen. Please send us a Direct Message (DM) with the following information so we can immediately pull up your account and resolve this billing issue:
  1. Your Full Name

  2. Full address 

  3. And the date & confermation number associated with the return of that phone. 

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
