We recently signed up with Xfinity phone service. We were told, we would receive a 494 credit if we traded in my husband's iphone 12 for a 16. It's been over two months and we never received it. My husband went to an Xfinity store and they told him it was emailed to me as a credit. I never received that email or any type of credit and I receive lots and lots of email from xfinity. What should I do?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
