Refund processing taking time

I returned 4 mobile devices but the refund is processed only for 2 devices. For the remaining 2 devices it’s staying in the processing status for very long. Whenever I chat or speak with an agent, they update me the devices are reviewed and refund will be processed in 24 hours. But it’s not changing. Appreciate a quick resolution on this.

You have come to a great place for help :) Our Digital Care Team can definitely take a closer look, and even escalate things further by creating a ticket on your behalf if necessary. I see that you've also sent us a direct message.
