RCS waiting for activation

Is there anyway to look up status of a ticket? A few weeks ago I went to my local Xfinity store for help on my IPhone because I wasn’t able to receive verification codes or see messages sent by my brother (he has an android phone yet he says he can receive my messages as normal). They went through the motions of resetting things, getting me an eSIM and so on to no avail. However I was told a ticket would be made as nothing seemed to work and I should be contacted about it the next day or so and to possibly contact Apple as well for help.


Although I didn’t speak to anyone directly from Apple through their support app it says in the forums that any messaging problems should be handled by my carrier (which is Xfinity mobile). 

So to reiterate is there anyway to see the status of my ticket as I have received emails from Xfinity on other matters (promotions and I needed help with my internet) yet nothing at all on my phone problem. 

It would be nice to get this fixed soon so I can resume communication with my brother and to receive verification codes as I use two step verification on a lot of my apps.
