You can visit any Xfinity store by using this link to locate one of your choosing https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers
Visiting any authorized payment center such as Western Union. Please allow three to five days for processing.
Paying using the automated the system by calling in at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
Logging in online https://www.xfinity.com/overview or through our free Xfinity App to make a payment.
The account holder can also add you to the account so you have a login to make payments by following the steps in this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts
