Prepaid card for switching two lines to mobile

Hello, I was promised two $200 gift cards for switching two lines to xfinity mobile. I switched on 1/4/25, two weeks ago and this tracker link you provided is telling me there is no record of my info or my account number. I have searched both ways. Thank you
