Preordered 2 iPhone 18 pro max

I ordered 2 iPhone 18 pro max burgundy. Only one has came in and the other one has yet to be shipped out yet but I ordered them at the same time. What’s with the wait on the second one??!

Hi @Mra07 we're excited for you to receive your new devices as well, however, there may be a delay due to inventory and orders processing even when placed all at once. You may review your order online and we will notify you as soon as that second device is ready for shipping.

You can sign in to your account at xfinity.com and review your order details. Also, you should have received an email confirmation of your order, as well as tracking information to the same email you provided when you ordered. Have you checked your email, including spam and junk folders?
