porting number from google fi

I have been trying for many weeks now to port my number form google fi. Two of my numbers ported fine but one is stuck. Spent countless hours with xfinity support agent on chat. Also went to the physical office multiple times. Every time they do the same drill, asking account number, transfer pin, 4 digit ssn etc and place a request and send me back. Nothing happens. Also generated the transfer pin mulitple times because they asked to generate. This is getting frustrating.

I completely understand the frustration with the port in delay on the line, and wanted to see if you were able to get this resolved. Please follow up at your convenience, if you still need assistance I'd like to review and see if any tickets were opened for the port in concern.
