Porting ATT landline to new Xfinity mobile
Have not been able to activate Xfinity mobile phone since November. But we are still billed for the mobile phone. On Jan 16, I was told our Port Request # is 6006026016451996. we never get an email telling us we can activate the new Xfinity mobile phone.
We have done joint Xfinity-ATT calls and we have called ATT and Xfinity many times to no avail. ATT says they don’t have the port request and Xfinity says they have sent it.
Please escalate this to someone who can trace the problem and finally fix it.
