port to another provider not working

We attempted to transfer our service from Xfinity to another provider, but something on Xfinity’s end is blocking the process. I’ve called several times and tried porting through different providers, but it still hasn’t worked.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-xfinity-mobile-service  Great information on how you can get the transfer pin to get the porting processed.

 

Can you give me a little more detail on what issues your new carrier is giving you on why the porting is not working?
