You can request your security pin online, or through the Xfinity app, by signing in to your account and going to the "Devices" tab. From there, you will select the device you want to transfer to a new service provider, then scroll down the page to "Transfer your number, cancel this line" and select "Learn More" followed by "Get Started." A confirmation code will be sent to that phone line. Once the code has been confirmed, choose the appropriate number from the drop-down menu and select "Send My PIN" to this number.
Once requested, your transfer pin will be valid for up to 7 days. If it expires before you are able to complete your transfer, just follow the steps above to receive a new one. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Our amazing community is always ready to help.
