Poor service

I have Xfinity mobile and I have received the worst customer service from you guys whe ln submitting a claim. Slow response time. Claim pending with no updates, called and can’t expedite . Why am I paying for mobile care when you get transferred over and over with no solutions. Highly don’t recommend
