Poor customer service

Recently ordered three iPhones. Literally every single representative that was spoken to messed something up. Now they’re sending the wrong iPhone. I ordered a titanium black iPhone 15 pro Max. They couldn’t even get the color right. Wasted hours on the phone just for them to constantly get stuff wrong. When every representative that was spoken to gets something wrong, it only shows the level of incompetence that the employees and employers have.

If you refuse the delivery of an order, there may be a delay in the processing of your return or exchange. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/returns-and-exchanges that will assist you with exchanging the device. You have 14 days from when your device was shipped to start a return or exchange.
