Poor Cell Reception

I am only getting one bar at the most at home. I used Wifi calling at home, but as soon as I leave home, it drops to 0 or 1bar. I have to walk as far south as SE 82nd and  Boise or as far north as between Division and Stark. Is it because Verizon  has a blank spot here? What can I do to improve my reception so I don't have to rely on WiFi calling? My phone is a Samsung A15.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, Jackson59. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your signal at home. I understand how frustrating this can be, and I'd like to help. Did the issue start recently, or have you always had issues with the cellphone signal at home?
