Physical SIM card

My device with Xfinity currently has an eSIM, but I would prefer a physical SIM card. How can I arrange for one to be mailed to me?

I also need a Psim or physical sim, I need it mailed to me right away I have two esims and did have two phones but one broke and the other will take two sims but one has to be a psim. Im in Alaska working on a boat and of course there aren't any xfinity stores for 1000 miles.

mail is the only way

ive tried but have been told I cant have a psim. or they wont send me one. I might as well quit paying my bill and find a better option that will give me a psim and a esim. is that a crazy idea?

user_ty2ihu That is a tough spot. With any Xfinity mobile equipment, we can only use the service address on your account for shipping. If you are not currently at your service address to receive that, then the store would be the next recommended option. I understand, however, you are not at home, so that does cause some issues. More than likely, that is why we have not sent one yet. The shipping rules are to protect customers from fraudulent orders or lost packages. Do you by chance have someone back home that may be able to stop into a store for you if they were added to the account?
