Phones won't take or make calls

Internet has been on and off all night long. This morning none of the cell phones in the house can take or make calls. We can FaceTime and text (some don't go through). Phones have been reset, checked for Airplane mode, internet turned off, and back on, restarted, we've done everything (short of donating a kidney) to get them to work, NOTHING. Tried to chat with Xfinity mobile and no agent is available. Adult daughter, 3 miles away, also an Xfinity mobile customer having the same issue (we are not on the same account)....

@user_60narv Have you tried resetting your network settings? Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
