Phones haven’t shipped
It has been over two weeks since we ordered new phones in store. We have already paid for them and we have not even received an email stating that the order has been shipped. The estimated delivery date has already come and gone. We have gone to the store and no one has been able to help us out or provide any additional information about when we will receive the order. Anyone else having these issues?
