Steps to Transfer via Xfinity Website
  • On a computer or separate device, go to the Xfinity Mobile Activation Page.
  • Select your current device on the account and choose Replace this device or Swap/Upgrade.
  • Enter the new phone’s primary IMEI number (not IMEI2).
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to generate and scan the QR code on your new phone to install the eSIM.
Steps via Phone Setup (iOS / Android)
  • Turn on your new phone and keep it near your old phone with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on.
  • Follow the on-screen device setup prompts and select Transfer SIM from another phone when prompted.
  • Confirm the transfer on your old device and scan any provided verification codes or QR codes.
  • Restart both phones once the transfer finishes to sync the network.
