This link shows how to get your Xfinity Mobile Security PIN, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-xfinity-mobile-service. Then this link shows more about unlocking your device, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligible-to-unlock-phone. You would contact your new provider to port your number to them.
