Phone upgrade tracking not showing

Pretty on brand for XFinity. I honestly do not know why I bother to place a pre order for any device from them, its always a total mess, tracking #s never get updated, and it seems like the entire organization is hopelessly unable to talk to each other. I genuinely believe that pre-orders of new devices catch XFinity Mobile by surprise every time. Its a shame because the people actually in the trenches are doing their best. The executives at XFinity do not care one tiny bit about improving this situation providing they hit the right margins, and cash their bonus checks.
