Phone upgrade saga

I called Xfinity customer service and talked to a live person on the phone at the end of July and asked for the phone upgrade options I had. I was told I could upgrade to a Galaxy 25+ at a discounted monthly payment that I agreed to. At the time I was about to travel, so I asked the agent if the offer would be valid when I come back from my vacation and he said yes it will be there until September. So I decided to hold off until coming back.

When I came back in August, I called again but just to find out that the offer I was given wasn't valid anymore. They told me they were trying to get me the offer and while I was on the phone, they changed my phone service plan to premium unlimited (without asking my approval) and told me they were just trying to get me the offer and I wouldn't get charged anything for it. After nearly 2 hrs on the phone, they said I should get an email in 2 days about the offer from a higher supervisor or something but didn't restore my phone service plan back to unlimited.

So, about a week passed, no one called and I was still on the premium unlimited plan. I called back and talked to another agent. I explained everything. He looked up a million things in another 2 hour long phone call but couldn't get me the original offer I was offered and only told me he was changing my plan back to unlimited at least and I wouldn't have to pay extra for the plan change to unlimited premium the previous week.

I'm now extremely disappointed with the situation after I spent hours on the phone and still ended up losing the deal I lik
