Phone upgrade on existing account

I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get my wife’s phone upgraded on her existing line and have gotten nothing but the run around from every agent I spoke with.  If I was a new customer, you would give me a phone in an instant, but existing customers get the shaft.  I have internet and 3 lines with you and they tell me they can’t help me.  Say bye bye to me.
