Phone trade-in shipping label
After a recommendation from a friend of going to Xfinity, it’s been the worst experience of my life. I have wasted eight hours of my time trying to get a new shipping label because the first one expired due to the label not being seen in my regular email. The only way I could find this shipping label that came from FedEx and not Xfinity was to type in return label by the time I found the label it had expired and I have not been able to get a new one. The only way I see to get satisfaction out of this is to pay my phone off and cancel my service. I should’ve went with Verizon to begin with because you don’t have to go through any of this. They take your phone on the spot and they ship it back for you. This kind of service is absolutely ridiculous. Who provides this kind of service and runs the customer through the mill when even the branch manager of a Xfinity location can’t get a new shipping label
