Phone trade in, one year later with no credit

My trade in phone was received by Xfinity just about a year ago, and I've yet to see a credit applied to my account. I've called/chatted with representatives on 4 separate occasions, yet nobody's been able to resolve the issue. I keep getting, "you should see the credit next month." Next month comes and goes, yet no credit. I'm fairly certain that my trade in phone has been lost at this point. I just want Xfinity to hold up their end of the bargain.

Is there anything I can do to get this resolved?

When you get a moment, please send a Direct Message with your name and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
