Phone Stolen
Hello I ordered an iPhone 16 pro and it was stolen, I'm assuming when it was being shipped by UPS the box arrived empty. I called Xfinity immediately and filed a police report. I have sent an email to xfinitymobile_shippingclaims@comcast.com but yet they haven't even called me or anything I have called and talked to Xfinity at least 10 times and they keep saying that they opened a ticket but thats it.
Can someone please advise? Thanks!!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
