Phone Stolen During Delivery by FedEx

Ordered new iPhone 17 pro on Dec 23, 2025 from local Xfinity store. Phone box was delivered by FedEx and handed to me on Dec 27, 2025 but the box had clearly been tampered with and retaped.  When I opened the box the iPhone box was empty inside.  I immediately went back to the local store and filed a local police report as instructed by the Xfinity employee there.  The local store completed a claim report for me and said I'd hear back within 48-72 hrs.  After waiting 3 days with no contact, I called Xfinity Mobile customer service on Jan 1, 2026 and was told the claim report was filed incorrectly by the employee and a new claim needed to be filed ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) and the issue would be resolved no later than Jan 13, 2026.  After getting no updates by phone or email, I again contacted Xfinity Mobile customer service on Jan 13, 2026 and was told no one had done anything on the claim and to give them another 3 days.  I'm sick and tired of the run around on this issue.  The fact is I bought a product from Xfinity, they failed to deliver it, and I'm being charged for the product on my bill. I want this resolved immediately.
