Phone number deactivated without authorization

My phone lost service randomly. After troubleshooting noticed that my phone number has been deactivated without any consent. Tried reaching out to support chat who told me it had been deactivated for 2-3 days now which was totally false. After checking my usage history it clearly shows I was using the phone a few hours before I reached out to them with this issue. Has anyone experienced this before? This is totally unacceptable.
