Phone Locked
Phone has been paid for three months but has yet to be unlocked by Xfinity. Online chats, voice to voice conversations and visits to Xfinity Store has not yielded any results. In a very lengthy conversation with a rep, they indicated the phone would be unlocked in 24hrs. It's been 30+ days and the phone is still locked. Looking for advice is this can be unlocked or is this more wasted effort.
