I'm an existing customer with a simple phone/Internet bundle, attempting to get actual deal info/numbers on a new iPhone to replace an 8 year old failing iPhone.
This site is not user friendly at times!! While logged in, and looking at available phone deals, it indicates that the iPhone 16 Pro is as low as $7.08/mo, but once you click to expand it, the price goes up to $25.00/mo on the next page?? An almost $18/mo difference??
It doesn't indicate which plans dictate prices. Plus, none of the online Xfinity codes work, and the trade-in link does nothing...
Any idea, what it takes to be eligible for the $7.08/mo iPhone 16 Pro, or somewhere close to that?? Do I have to call a noisy support call center and deal with someone I can barely understand?? Please advise.
