Phone Charge

On June 4th 2025 at approximately 7:41 PM EST and 6:41 CST we activated the phone for [Edited: "Personal Information"] when they told us we could just use a new phone number since cricket wouldn't cancel her number.  Neither the rep on the phone nor the person at the physical location said that would void the ability to have a free phone.  I need the charges so far to be refunded and the upcoming charges to be cancelled.  This was your error.

@user_prl1rn The number ports are required to get the free phones typically. We can submit a case to our Xfinity Mobile Escalations team, but they may require a port to get the promotion. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
