Phone being sent to wrong address

After spending forever in chat with a customer service agent and speaking with someone in store my new phone order that I placed today is being sent to my old address (that I cannot go to for safety reasons) with delivery for tomorrow. FedEx will not let me change the address or have the item held at a location due to shippers request. So I have a phone that cost over 1K being sent to an address I cannot go to after being reassured that this would not happen and told that the address was removed from my account. I was even asked if I could go pick the package up myself after explaining that it is my ex husbands house and I cannot go there for safety reasons.
