Phone being sent to wrong address

Hello my phone is being sent to the wrong address for some reason they continue to pull my old address and I’ve asked for it to be fixed several times, in my interaction in chat, I am not getting truthful information I advised the agent that was the wrong address and he asked could I pick it up there, no someone else lives there then another agent told me it would be sent to the right address (I have 2 tracking orders for 2 phones one is right address other is wrong address anywho my phone is currently been sent to the wrong address now I’m being told it will be sent to an xfinity store by another agent… I no longer no what to believe what can I do to get my phone? Don’t want stolen
