Phone activation

I have bought a new Samsung A16 unlocked and have already called Amazon to confirm it's unlocked with ALL Carriers. While activating It, I get a message saying it's incompatible. This is a common problem it seems how can I make Xfinity add it to there data base and not run me in circles again. I know the phone works and is unlocked it just seems no one a Xfinity knows how to add it to the data base.

user_madaf If you receive a message stating that your unlocked phone is incompatible, it may be due to the phone's network technology not being compatible with Xfinity Mobile. Different carriers use different technologies, and not all phones work across all networks. You can still trade in your phone and shop for a new one if it is indeed incompatible. Additionally, ensure that your phone's software is up to date before activation, as outdated software can also cause compatibility issues.
