Peacock Charge
I have spent months debating a Peacock Premium charge on my account. I should be getting it for free and even use the free account. However, there is a Peacock Premium charge for $16.99/month. I don’t even have the login info for that. Every month I call or chat and they give me a credit and say it will never appear again and then the next bill it does. I even went to an Xfinity store and they confirmed it was removed and it appeared again. I literally just got done with a “chat” that said the same thing. This is crazy. I was even told to go through Peacock but I don’t even have info for them to look up because we only have the free Xfinity Peacock info.
