PDF of final bill from April 2025 in collections

My Xfinity Mobile account was closed and sent to collections, and front-line support says they cannot access my final PDF billing statement. I need a corporate forum moderator to private message me, retrieve my final bill, and email it to me as a PDF so I can resolve a carrier dispute. My device was supposed to be settled by my new carrier and they are now asking for a final PDF of The last two bills with the device pay off amount
