Paying for xfinity mobile plus but can’t upgrade

I’m trying to upgrade my device with a payment plan; for two years never had a late or missed payment and full balance on my internet account paid- mobile shows I’m eligible for upgrade but won’t let me have a device payment plan.

When you're ready or eligible for an upgrade, it's important to note that this does not automatically qualify you for device payment plans on all devices. If Xfinity Mobile shows you are upgrade eligible but won't allow you to use a device payment plan, it may be due to your credit inquiry results or the specific device you are trying to finance. Have you attempted to connect directly without Xfinity Mobile support team by calling our texting (888) 936-4968?
