paying for two phones and two phone plans

In October 5, 2025, I traded my old iphone  for an iphone air.   I found that this new phone was too small and on October 10, 2025, I exchanged it for an iphone 17 Max , the young lady at xfinity wiped down my iphone air,  packaged it for me as I was physically not able to due to Parkinson's Disease.  She printed out a label, taped it securely to the package and I sent it via UPS.   I have been charged for both phones and 2 phone lines since a year ago.  I find this outrageous.   After going back to the store, talking to the manager, him calling, and me calling several times to have this issue resolved, it continues to be a problem.  In addition, I have been paying $348 for cable and internet service for years.   I have tried to have it escalated,  to no avail.   Please advise.
