Pay off Balance PDF

Hi all,

I recently paid off all of my phone balances and ported out my lines to another carrier.

This other carrier is going to reimburse me for the phone balances that I paid off, but they need a statement showing that balance that was paid off, the current $0 balance, the IMEI, the phone number etc..

I reached out to Xfinity chat and they created a ticket and said that I should receive the statements within 5-7 hours. That was 3 days ago and I didn't receive anything.

What now? I just need those statements.

Hello user_c5b907, thank you for making us part of your home with Mobile, that is such an important service these days. Hopefully, one day we can link up again. Do you still have access to the Xfinity app? You should be able to view past statements directly.

Thanks for the reply.

It doesn't have a statement that reflects the pay offs that I made.

Do I need to wait until the next months' statement?
