I’m laptop is currently paused and currently without internet I can’t un pause it because it won’t pop up on the Xfinity app but I used to have it connect now it’s seems to not want to pop up and I can’t un pause it

Hey there @user_kx2o41, thank you for reaching out to our forum, we can definitely help with this paused laptop issues. I'd like to first ask a few questions to make sure we're on the same page. Are you able to forget the network on your laptop and then try re-connecting? Also, are you able to test if you're having the same issue on the Xfinity website?
