Over the number of lines on devices for payment plans? Both are paid i was told once I pay off my IPHONE TWELVE. We could upgrade our lines so we did. Nothing this was MONTHS AND MONTHS ago. We’ve called waited called waited. We desperately need new phones now we have 12pro Max and iPhone 13. We are one what the iPhone 17?! It’s an absolutely ridiculous. We’ve been with the complaint for MANY years along with bundling our wifi. We are getting ready to switch if we can not figure out a solution.
