Outrageous Misconduct

On 7/6/25 I contacted Xfinity to correct the bill so that I could make a payment. Errors of overcharges for well over a year. The representative began ranting that I had late payments. I explained that I have been disabled and lost a kidney. He was inappropriate and intrusively demanding what kidney I lost and a patient, what branch of military service I once served, and intimidating attempts to speak to my banking institution. The inhuman violations continued for hours. The rep taunted my economic state and increased the level of offense and demeaning harassment. When I reported the abuse the Xfinity rep cleared my charges for June and stated that the next bill was due on 7/11. Hours later I noticed that my phone line was being tampered and altered these strange occurrences lasted for several hours then the service was completely disconnected. This was a direct act of retaliation and abuse of power by the Xfinity agent. All ethical violations were recorded.
