Ordering a phone via shipping is a nightmare

Please for the love of God stop using FedEx as your shipping carrier. They have been holding my new devices hostage because they’re “hazmat.”

I explained that they’re just mobile devices so they “fixed it in the system.” Well, they’re still trying to deliver to me when I’m not home and refusing to let me pick up in-store because it keeps going out for delivery. They’re gonna “try” to get it off the truck when it comes back today, but that is not at all reassuring.
