Ordered phones 2 days ago with 2 day shipping.

I ordered 3 phones a couple nights ago with my family, and i have yet to receive a confirmation email, my card was already charged down payment, and only 2 of 3 devices are able to be tracked through the app, 3rd one is conpletely gone
