Ordered new phone, keeps pending then disappearing

Last Wednesday I ordered a new iPhone to upgrade an existing line. I received an email saying we’ve received your order, we’re working on it, an order number, and that another email would be sent once the order was confirmed. I saw the card I used to purchase have a pending charge. Then heard nothing. Yesterday, afree unsuccessfully going back and forth with the AI chat, I was able to get a human via chat. They had no record of my purchase and when I then checked the card used for purchase, I did not see a pending or posted charge. Felt weird, but no harm no foul and figured I’d just reorder. Places the order last night, same thing - initial email received and have a pending charge on my card. I’m hoping to hear an update that it’s been processed soon but feel like I may have the same thing happen. What am I doing wrong?

Hello user_br34dm thanks so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums with these Xfinity Mobile order management questions!  So if I'm understanding, there was not an update on the initial order, so you went and processed a 2nd order, and now you have no updates on either, is that accurate?
