Ordered iPHONE 15 - Empty Box Arrived

I ordered an iPhone 15. It arrived in the mail today via FEDEX. The box did not look tampered with but when I opened it there was no phone but only packing paper, installation instructions, and a receipt. I messaged XFINITY support and they setup a ticket number. I having a hard time speaking to an agent. Any advice on how to escalate this to a management team that can assist with an issue like this?

this same thing just happened to me yesterday!! i ordered 2 phones, 1 iphone 14 and 1 iphone 15 pro. There was 2 boxes but only one of them had the phone, the other had only the charger and an apple sticker or card of some sort. Spent 2 hours on the phone, waiting for an email, made a police report. tried to go into local station but they insisted that i make the complaint thru their online portal. Not sure if xfinity sent an empty box or if it got stolen in transit!! one thing i do know is this was a christmas present and i am beyond frustrated. going to dispute with my bank if i get the run around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
