Ordered a phone through xfinity mobile and it got lost/stolen while enroute to me and xfinity will not do anything about it.

My wife broke her galaxy Z flip 5 and the insurance we got through xfinity didnt have a replacement phone so they told me to go buy one and they would reimburse me. Since i didnt have that kind of money to drop I decided to upgrade my wifes phone to a new z flip 7 and just finance one through xfinity mobile. While the phone was in transit it disappeared around memphis somewhere. Last update said it was leaving memphis, TN. I ordered this phone around the end of July. I've called fed-ex and they did their whole official search and concluded with they were unable to locate the phone and to refer back to xfinity for the next steps. We'll ive been in contact with xfinity from day one and they've been no help. I've had multiple tickets open and closed somehow without ever getting a new phone. I've been lied to by xfinity customer service more times than I could of ever imagined. And now here it is, September, and i still dont have my new phone. And to make matters worse, I'm now showing that I owe over $2500 in phone payments even though the only phone i have financed through xfinity is the phone thats been stolen. Cause I was going to just finance another phone for my wife while the other phone situation got straightened out but no I couldn't do that and guess what, xfinity hasn't been able to fix this problem either.  Xfinity gave me the runaround a couple years ago and I got fed up and went to Verizon. I guess thats what's I need to do again as much as I dont want to. Why did I ever bother coming back to xfinity mobile?

It happened to me too! Last year, I planned to switch to Xfinity Mobile per recommendation from a neighbor because it is so low as monthly charge. I talked to Xfinity mobile representative. Then I was supposed to receive a new google phone which has never arrived although the phone SD card arrived. I called to cancel everything last year in 2024. But now I kept receiving their debt collector Sequium Asset Solutions text messages. I just received a second text message yesterday, Sept 2, 2025.

Xfinity Mobile is a SCAM.
