Open ticket over 1 month - mail fraud of new phone-

Hello, 

One month ago I ordered a new phone (offer was buy a new S25 ultra and get 1k for a trade) and when I received the package the phone was not in the box there was a hair perfume bottle instead. I called Xfinity and got a ticket # and I also filed a police report. It has been 1 month since this ticket was created and still no one has reviewed or updated my ticket. I just want my new phone and to then trade in my old one. I already paid 168 down payment for the phone and a 1 month charge. (which it should of been $12 a month because of my trade (1k credit over 24 months) but I'm paying 55 a month because my credit is not on my account because of the open ticket.  I've gone to the store 3 times and called Xfinity 5 times and they say no one from the back office has done anything to my ticket and they have no way to call them. This is not my fault and I want this issue resolved.
