To turn off Find My without your phone, you can use a web browser on any computer or tablet.
Steps to Turn Off Find My Remotely:
  1. Go to iCloud.com/find on any web browser.
  2. Sign in with your Apple Account and password.
  3. Click All Devices at the top and select the device you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove This Device (or Remove from Account).
  5. Confirm your choice by entering your password if prompted.

I see that you have been given the steps to remove your phone from your Apple account (To turn off an Apple account on an iPhone you no longer have, use iCloud.com/find on a browser to erase and remove the device remotely. This removes Activation Lock, allowing the device to be set up by someone else.) Did this work?
