number ported from other carrier, but SIM not been able to activated
I completed the step that port number from another carrier, enter ACCOUNT NAME and PIN, and the page showed that the number had been transferred.
while I am getting the sim card from envelope, and get the sim card, and insert into my phone, I could find the exact same activation page.
instead, it requires me to restart 'number transfer' step.
