Now mobile is committing fraud and holding phones hostages

Now mobile is a scam and  fraud  no xfinity agent has access to help fix anything and everytime you turn back on auto pay after now mobile turns it off they take money and still dont provide services  . They also hold a phone that i have paid for and have owned since 2022 that i got from xfinity mobile hostage and want release the iemi on the phone . You cant never get a now mobile agent  to get help they claim they disconnected my services but yet still has my phone and iemi hostage . They lie about payments when they should know that bank statement proof  now mobile got it  . If now mobile was offer thru xfinity then anyone in the xfinity mobile should have full access to accounts because otherwise what now mobile is doing is fraud and  a scam  now i want a now mobile to contact me asap before i start a lawsuit on them
